Their profile, reliability score, and verification information may be shared with authorized employers
Their data may be analyzed for performance insights UpAndUp does not modify or fabricate user data.
5. Payment & Billing (For Organizations)
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, algorithms, UI, branding, and materials belong to UpAndUp.
Users may not: Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell platform content Misuse trademarks or proprietary technology
7. Platform Availability
